Posted on Tuesday, November 22nd, 2022 at 2:22 pm by Jeff
Paddlers.
We are on for Wed. Noon Sprints at the Event Site!! Michaela will be there to start the sprint. Thanks Michaela!!

Strict start time based on atomic clock: 12:00pm.  There will also be an early start at 11:55am.  Starting line is in front of the Event Site at the rock jetty.  The course will be 2 laps around the white buoy (4-7km) estimated to take 25-45min.

Its going to be cooler, so dress super warm.  I'm hoping for sun and lighter winds.  Please get there early enough to get on the water and warmed up.  I suggest 11:30a.    This workout is a little more effort but totally doable for everyone who is prepared for the conditions.

This is still a "self-timed" event BUT we will keep the course top 3 times. If you want add you times into this google file: https://lh3.google.com/u/0/d/1CJTii3AWMzUzbxngayOAYJeRSussjYg1VN7uB5fGF4U=w543-h405-p-k-nu-iv98

If you need help send me your results and I'll update.
