Fall/Winter Paddle & Pint Workout Series #5 Sunday 11/27 11 AM

Hey Paddlers,

Session #5 of our Fall/Winter Paddle & Pint workout series is this Sunday at the Event Site. If it’s too windy - which looks likely - we will move to the Nichols basin.

After a good warm up we will continue building our base with a set of 4 pieces at 6 minutes each with a 3-minute rest between each piece (4x6/3’). This is a consistent aerobic effort across each piece. And for those interested we will cap it off with a paddle up to Wells Island to ride the waves back to the Event site.

Air temps will be in the mid-40s with the possibility of scattered rain and wind. River temp is 47 degrees so dress for success! Afterwards we will head over to Ferment for snacks and a FREE pint.
